- Renting - We offer a full rental package which includes reference checks, rent collection, bill paying, viewings and consultations for £59 set up per property and 12% of monthly rent collected
- Investment Property Sourcing - This can be a timely process 1.0% minimum £150
- Property Repairs - Price on application
- Tenancy agreement - Set up fee £19.95 (when not as part of our full service)
- Property Valuations - Property valuations £75 (refunded if advertised with ourselves)
- Viewings - Individual viewings (when not as part of our full service) £20 each
- References - Character, Employer and Credit reference checking £25
- Gas Certificates - Property Inspections and certification £49.75 per property
- Local Authority Searches - We can supply these on demand £139
